Most would agree that the one NBA Skill Brown possess right now is taking the ball to the rim, and getting to the line.

I watched about 8 Cal games last year and I can tell you they couldn't space the floor like we can.

 Horford
 Olynyk
 Jaylen Brown
 Bradley
 Thomas

That's about as much space as you could hope to create for a driving ninja like Brown.
There is also three players that can create off the dribble in Kelly, Al, and IT.

Floor spacing could be the key to Brown's success in the NBA and we can really provide that this year.

 Rozier
 Smart
 Brown
 Mickey
 Amir

The all athlete, brick city lineup.

I like this lineup alot...but KG, I thought you didn't like Jaylen.  Didn't you want Thon or Poetl?   ;)

Pre-draft I wanted  Murray. I didn't want maker or Poeltel.

I did make the case against Brown thread. Because there certainly was a case to not draft him third. I did like the first time I ever watched him play thought. Strong first impression. Its the follow up games that made me nervous.

I'll put it like this, if  Murray and brown reach their full potential. I'd much rather have full potential Brown on our team. A 6 foot 7 inch swing forward that can guard almost anyone on the court and take the ball to the rim at will. Or a lights-out shooter that struggles to guard anyone,
and also could struggle to create for himself one on one.

But like a true Celtic fan, I'm on board with the pic. Unless or course Murray is dropping 30 points per night in a couple of years lol.

KG, the lineup you have would probably be it. We still really lack shooting.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Basically me.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Max. You think a Lineup of

 Horford
 Olynyk
 Brown
 Bradley
 Thomas

Is not a good shooting lineup? I see there knick down shooters and Horford who respectable. With Brown the only question mark.

 You could go..

 Olynyk
 Jonas
 Brown
 Bradley
 Thomas

Not as talented, but that's four really good shooters right there.

Bonus Crossover dribble from Brown. I actually think his handles have a chance to be great. This clip is proof of that. BTW the guy in this video is insane the commentator but he's funny.

Watch from 3:15 to 3:20. He blows past Thon Maker and he falls, it's after that Kyrie Irving trpe of crossover hesitation move.

Agree with your line-up, KG. Crowder was rock solid last year, but I want to see as much of Jaylen as possible with at least 2-3 from the starting line-up. If you select a guy #3 in any draft, you have to give him the best possible chance to grow.

Maybe it's just me but when I see that lineup I think of the Bucks. Sure it's a little shorter but the shooting range is about the same and the defence would be electric!

I think our 2nd unit is going to be:
Smart
Green
Brown
Jerebko
Olynyk

That's a pretty good shooting unit for Brown and Smart anyway. We don't struggle for shooters, we just have a couple of guys who are particularly struggling. Smart needs to take a step forward this year and Brown should limit the number of 3s he takes but outside of that who is really a liability? Amir is rarely on the 3pt line and any of the other guys who are poor are fringe rotation.

Horford, KO, Bradley, IT, Green, Crowder, Jerebko are all league average or better from behind the arc
