Reggie Lewis is a good comp I think. Athletic player that can produce highlights on both ends of the floor. Also only a decent shooter. If Brown shows a better shot than I'd think a good comp is Kobe. Kobe wasnt a super athlete but he was well above averge. Kobe had decent shooting ability and was a capable defender.
