Having a difficult time between Dunn and Okafor...

Went with Dunn because of his Wade/Wall potential, but love all of the footage I've seen of Okafor and think he has a lot of potential in this league.

At this point, you have to say one of Okafor or Noel, who have both showed that they have bright futures and belong in the league, albeit for different roles.

Dunn could very well end up the best player, but I find it hard to announce him BPA when there are two actual NBA players in the poll who are quite decent themselves.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Buddy Hield seems the most Celtic-like of that group and as of today is the "Best Basketball Player Available." I also think his floor is pretty high (backup or rotational player).

I agree.  Also, it is always possible that a great shooter just stays great.  Reggie Miller was too thin.  Stephen Curry was too small.  Even back in the day, a guy like Andrew Tony, though not a superstar was still wining a handful of regular season games and 1-2 playoff games a year when he got hot.

Kris Dunn.

And it isn't close.

I am not considering Okafor and Noel in the question, however. They are not in the draft.

Dunn just called the best player in the draft by David Aldridge on NBATv Mock Draft.
