I agree if Danny picks a guard Smart will be shopped. Not sure what you can get for him though.

Considering you can play at least two "guards" at all times, I think there's room for at least 5 "guards" on the roster.
Not contributors that get minutes. Maybe 3.5

IT, Bradley, and Smart.

Rozier and the rookie are bench.

After workouts I bet Murray will be the clear BPA, and he'd fit well with Smart. That doesn't mean Smart is a bust...

I don't like the idea of drafting third for a bench guy at all. It's difficult to get value out of a bench guy

I don't see a rookie starting for the Celtics next season.

I think a rookie could at least potentially get a ton of minutes next year. It might depend on the position and who gets resigned. Like if ET and Jonas J aren't back maybe a sf like Jaylen maybe gets a bunch of minutes

I think Rozier will be the back up PG next year not sure where Smart will fit in. Backing up AB again I guess but if we draft a SG that can shoot Smart is the odd man out.

This. There's no correlation between the 2.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Crowder starts. As do IT and Bradley.

If a rookie big man is starting, it means Ainge had a bad offseason finding upgrades.

He would fit very well next to Smart and on this team in general. He struggles to create space; our system creates space. Murray hits open shots.

Am I the only one who feels a bit hesitant about drafting another "sharpshooter" from Kentucky?
There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, 'Thy will be done,' and those to whom God says, 'All right, then, have it your way.'

You don't have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.
