Blake Griffin is an MVP caliber player. The Clippers won't trade him for anything on our roster.
You could offer Smart+Crowder+IT+2016 Brooklyn pick and they'd say no.

Like Paul George, you just don't let those guys go for anything unless it's a top 5 or 10 player coming back.

Exactly my thoughts.
Even if we accept the premise that Griffin does not fit well in LAC (which is a big if), it does not follow they will let him go for cheap.

Announced now that Griffin injured his hand while pummeling an assistant equipment manager. NBA to investigate. The victim in for a hefty pay day?

Love for Griffin makes a lot of sense to me for both teams.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Bigs - Shaquille O'Neal
Wings -  Lebron James
Guards -

that is quite interesting. Griffin will make the Cavs a more athletic team and someone who can run with Irving and LeBron

Love provides better shooting for the Clippers than Griffin and probably slightly better rebounding...

interesting but fair trade, but I do not know who comes out winning the trade. Perhaps the Cavs since the East is still technically ruled by the Cavs.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
