Only if we got a first coming back. If you replace Thomas with Rondo we would not be able to score at all.

This essentially would be a tanking move, so if we are tanking I would want a young asset or a pick back.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I think they'd be better together. Rondo as floor general, set-up guy, IT as 6th man and closer. Similar to what we had with Rondo and House, only with IT more capable of that closer role than House due to his vastly superior playmaking ability.

Trade Smart and Jerebko to Sacramento for Rondo and WCS.

Wow, I think just Smart for WCS would be short of what it takes to get WCS so to me this is saying Jerebko for Rondo.  Dallas might have traded Rondo for Jerebko but I don't see SAC doing it.  No matter how down you are on Rondo, you have to recognize he has more value than Jerebko.

I would do this trade but I would flip Rondo to a third team as he may actually have some trade value based on his recent play.  I guess under this scenario, if we ended up with both Rondo and IT, I would prefer to flip Rondo to a third team and keep IT which betrays my position on the original poll question.  I like IT over even the recently improved Rondo (as do most responses) which is hard to believe considering where Rondo and IT ranked just a few years ago.  I would never play them together.

Try to keep the differing contracts out of the equation.

The NBA doesn't work that way.

I wouldn't give a bag of nickels for Rondo.  I would rather have Delonte West back.
Before a game on Christmas against the Pacers, Bird told Chuck Person that he had a present for him. During the game, Bird shot a 3-pointer in front of Person. Immediately after releasing the ball, Bird said to Person, "Merry F!#*ing Christmas!" and then the shot went in.

As much as I love rondo I'd pass. If he wanted to come back he could just resign in the summer. Turner for rondo I'd do now.

Right?! I loved Delonte. I wish he could've kept his head on straight because his mix of shooting and toughness was incredibly valuable for every team he was on. It's a real shame he couldn't have put it all together. Not that he'd have ever been an all star but he had potential to be a rich man's Derek Fisher, in terms of being a key cog in some championships.
