Its more or less the norm with potential restricted free agents this season. In most cases both the players and teams mutually agree that it is best to wait until this coming summer when the cap changes before agreeing on long term deals.

I will be surprised if either is with the Celtics next season.

Same with Lee. I would take the team option on Amir

I would agree with this but get the funny feeling the C's will be making a move for. Horford in free agency and If they could land him he gets 32 MPG as a starter and makes Zeller, KO, and Or Jerebko not necessary( especially Jerebko if the Celtics draft a stud SF with the Nets lottery pick).

Totally fine with this.  Sully's been decent so far, but his weight/conditioning issues won't go away.  If he has a big year you'd have to consider that he's playing for a contract and can you trust him once he gets paid?  Zeller's limitations are obvious any time they play a team with decent bigs. He's fine - but only at the right price.
