I've got us at 5, 9 and 16. My choices are, as follows:
#5: Cheick Diallo: Two big advantages here, in that DA has a fondness for undersized power forwards and it will be a lot of fun listening to Tommy try and pronounce his name.
#9: Demetrius Jackson: Because the only thing the Celtics like more than undersized power forwards is undersized point guards.
#16: Sviatoslave Mykhailiuk: Is he a SG? A SF? Who knows, but in the grand tradition of RJ Hunter, Evan Turner and James Young, we are required to take one of these every draft. Needless to say, this will be Tommy's next challenge after figuring out Diallo in game 37.
2nd round: Celtics trade all of their second round picks for the 29th pick in the draft and select Ben Simmons, who has mysteriously fallen faster than Bo Callahan. When asked why they hadn't selected him earlier, one GM simply replied, "We couldn't understand anything he was saying with that funny accent and all. And nobody on our team speaks Australian."
