Yeah, the two halves of the thread title contradict each other.  ;D

Kind of surprising it is not apparent that this is a joke. We had a 5 page thread about how the Timberwolves were tanking cause they traded Chase Budinger so it seemed to make sense that the Nuggets could be contending because they signed Nelson. Just trying to lighten things up during a very boring slow summer where this is the big signing of the day.
