I do not think Crowder will be our starting SF for the future.  He is a great glue guy off the bench though.

We need to add talent to the team, particularly someone who can create their own offense.   We need a good big.  This team plays hard but it has a lot of holes to fill before we take the next step forward.

I think other teams will not be tanking so much next year and it will be harder for us to return to the playoffs.   We need guys to develop, hit out draft picks and maybe a good signing for us to maintain the status quo or a trade from DA.

Yeah, I don't see Jae fitting as a long term starter either.  But I really like him as a player.  It is unfortunate that he may be part of the trade package that gets us our next all star player.  I hope he sticks around too.  He just fits in very well with our team right now.

KO has lost all trade value, while he was hurt there is no way DA can try to package him in any deals..
I disagree, from what Ive seen KO's value has improved over the year. You can call last night a down night but honestly he played pretty well and our offense is much more dangerous when he is on the floor because of his ability to pass, spread the floor, and ddrive closeouts. Hes impproving defensively in terms of getting in the right spots, he is just coming up short physically on D.

If he adds muscle this offseason and adds some post moves he will be a very good player. Its not uncommon for players to add strength and a post game around their 4th or 5th years in the league.

I think he is a very valuable chip, moreso than after his rookie season.

I don't think Kelly has increased or decreased his trade value, we still need to see more of him. If we made the playoffs this year I was really hoping it was because somone like Kelly or Sully made a huge leap in their game. I still think a lot of Kelly's problems are mental and can be improved on. I still think Smart needs the ball in his hands to get his offense goin, his three point percentage has gotten worse, but he does look better taking the ball to the hoop. Turner playing point forward hurts Smarts developement, his usage %  is the lowest for any rookie playin fifteen minutes plus, and third lowest on the team below Pressey. That really needs to change if we want to see his offense improve.

Totally agree on the idea of improving the top-8-9 players' talent wise, even if not getting a single sure-allstar.

To me though, Smart and Bradley play the same role, as do Bass and Jerebko. And Olynyk. And Sully...

Of Smart/Bradley, I keep Smart, though Bradley is better right now. Better to trade Bradley then. And the injury thing.

It's time to wish Bass well and let him go. KO, Zeller, and Jerebko seem to be nice fits. Sully can join AB on the auction block.

I'm not sold on IT getting major minutes on a contendah. But he's great to watch...

I would think a package based on Bradley, Sully, and IT4 plus picks could bring back, say, that rim protecting rebounding 7-footer.

Turner at SG, off the ball...I'd like to see him starting in that role a while, rather than being the only ball handler. His overall talent is undeniable though. His versatility allows him to fit in with a lot of lineups and styles, which makes him a keeper.

As a role player rotation, Turner and Smart at guard, KO, JJ, and Zeller as bigs, look pretty good.

Crowder will hopefully stick around too. Perfect fit.

Just add stars!
