I thought Vegas linesmakers arrived at their spread in order to maintain that money placed on both teams remains as even as possible.

On a related note cfanssince60, thanks for your condescending response about typing slowly. I am sure you know all of this and tons more and have made a very comfortable living with your astute knowledge of Vegas and how lines work.  Or maybe, just maybe, you shouldn't waste either of our time in the future with with comments like that.

I was referring to MY response being VERY similar to the poster before mine, NerfDPOY, and making fun of myself for typing slowly.

I edited my response to remove that. I clearly misinterpreted what you were saying and for that I apologize. Not to excuse my response, but I have had (and seen) a lot of posters mock someone for just trying to share information and had a knee jerk response. However, again I apologize for that

Everybody's overreacted/reacted improperly to something at some point. When reading the thread intiially, I saw the "I type slowly" comment and I thought, "Now what's that about?"

Now that I see the whole picture, its a little funny, but not so scandalous that anyone is going to tkae any scars home with them.

No Problem, man, and TP. As I said in my first post, I do like the premise of your post.

I also agree with you about a lot of that mocking crap that goes on. That's not my style. We're cool.
