3 team trade between orlando,Minnesota and orlando. money works here http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=oadjuus

the celtics give up olynyk, bass, faveriani and boston 2016 1st round pick, cavs 2016,clippers 2015 (option to switch 1st rounder with brookline 2017).
celtics get: vuevic and gorgui deing
orlando gives up vuevic
orlando gets:young, clippers 2015, (option to switch 1st rounder with brookline 2017).
Minnesota gives young and deing
Minnesota gets:bass,olynyk,faveriani,boston 2016 1st rounder cavs 2016.

why Boston does it
I think with this trade we can go into the playoff's.
vuevic is a much more complete player than sully and olynyk. last year he averages a double double of 14 points and 11 rebounds. he has sully defensive skills and is signed long term. he is 7 feet tall and 24 years old. he so far is having a great year averaging 17 points and 15 rebounds a game. playing along rondo and having bradley stevens as a coach I imagine his stats will increase.

then there is deing
he is a 24 center from Minnesota. he was a rookie last year and was on the 2nd all rookie team. last year  he averaged 5 points  and 5 rebounds with .7 blocks for 13 minutes. if he was given starter minutes that is a double double with 2 blocks a game. he would also get a bump from after his rookie year. this year he is averaging  6.7 points  7 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 17 minutes.  he would flourish with the playing time boston can offer him.

as a whole our staring line up would look like
rondo
bradley
green
vuevic
deing
that is a young core with 3 starters 24 and under. with smart, turner, young and sully coming off the bench. we would lose a lot of cap weight in the offseason and might be able to sign a big free agent after going to the playoffs. on top of that,we would keep all our brookline picks so we could really be deadly.

why orlando
they get a strong sf in young, a potential lottery pick in the brookline pick and a 1st round pick. I think it is an offer they could not refuse. adding veteran would be good to there lineup as well.

why Minnesota
they get a great prospect in olynyk, a solid veteran in bass and a good benchwarmer in faverani. on top of that they get 2 first round picks. flip saunders is going to be happy because this helps his team rebuild even further. I know it seems like a lot but deing is there young star center and we are gonna need something to pry him away from flips hands.

this will sound weird but looking at this I think everyone's giving up too much for what they're getting.  just no way Minny or Orlando goes for this whatsoever.

C's - I'm ok with what they give up except the right to swap the Brooklyn 2017 pick.  I'm not moving those Brooklyn picks for anyone not in the top tier of talent right now.  Vuc and Dieng aren't nearly that good.  Take that pick off the table and/or swap it for a non-Brooklyn pick (and not Boston's pick next year) and I'd do it.

Orlando - Vuc is their center.   they don't have a good backup to take his place.  they'll want a more than Thad and a first.

Minny - Dieng is their likely center of the future if he keeps improving.  Giving up him and Young for our flotsam and 2 picks that would likely be out of the lottery isn't going to entice them.

Lol just LOL
So why would Orlando get rid of a legit center (who they BTW extended already around 13,5M/year so they value him highly)
For T. Young?
The problem with a lot of trade idea here, that people act like other teams run by dumb guys.

Hawkeye's trade "ideas" remind me of a certain poster who I no longer see around. I wonder...
"I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve."
