  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Kid is not young by any means but he picked up a ball for the first time less than 4 years ago.

He's 7' 3" tall and has serious agility and footwork for someone that tall. He's like a quicker version of Hibbert with good hands and timing, he's just very raw from lack of playing time.
Lacks Hibbert's offensive skillset but has a soft touch and incredible length.
Watch him hedge on defense and run the pick and roll on offense.

Probably too raw for the 17th pick but if we could trade the 17th for 2 later picks ie the 21st and a 2nd rounder he'd be a Fab Melo roll of the dice.

"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
