this, LeBron is the best player in the world, you have to get this guy. Hate the guy, but I admit he is a freak of nature. Him and Rondo will be scary together.

Don't know how much longer Wade has with those knees, and Rondo > Chalmers.

This is what I was thinking.  "I've decided no one should be able to wear #6 because Bill Russell and Dr J. were two of the best players of all time.  So I'm switching to #33."

I hate being reminded of what a big deal LeBron made of his number change to make all his fans in Cleveland re-buy his jersey, when all the while he had already decided he was leaving to play with Wade the next year and knew 23 was retired.  Oh, what a coincidence, LeBron must have only just found out MJ wore 23!

I did like the idea of LeBron in Green when he was in Cleveland, he had the youth excuse for showboating and being an idiot, but come on, he's in his 11th year as a pro, that's unexcusable. I can't imagine something like that from a pro athlete.

LeBron's almost the past, we should focus on the future. In a couple seasons, the 2014 Draft kids will be the new flavor, and LBJ will be left out by both his body and the refs. In 2017 we'll probably be able to get him as a complementary piece for our young and upcoming team, in a 2008 Posey role.

I don't really think you can say LeBron is almost the past. I get that a lot of people don't like him, but you can't just shrug it off and pretend that the guy doesn't exist or is going to disapear off the face of the planet.

Although I get what you're saying, his stats are still amazing, he isn't going anywhere for a while.

i have had this conversation with my friends.  They all said the same thing:  Just out of principle, Lebron can never put on a Celtics jersey.  No matter how good he is, he is Lebron James.  As an entity he is anti-Boston to the core.
