To me the biggest difference is that AJ is a low post big and KO is a high post big.  I think KO needs more minutes but can't stay on the floor due to foul trouble.  And now, looks like he lost minutes in the rotation for good.  I think KO is making a bigger effort on the boards lately.  Has improved from an awful rebounder to an avg rebounder.

So, if I remember AJs game when he came into the league as compared to KO:

Rebounds - AJ over KO
Defense -  AJ = KO
Offense - AJ over KO
Passing - KO over AJ
Versatility - KO over AJ
Motor - KO over AJ
Getting to the line. - AJ over KO
FT% -  KO over AJ

Don't necessarily agree about the Motor comparison. Also, Al doesn't really get to the line very often.

Olynyk has more motor. When was the last time you seen a 7 footer run the court and finish in transition?

Then hustle back to get ready to defend without looking like they are dying?

I don't ever remember Jefferson doing this before. Don't even remember the last time he finished for a transition basket.

If you use transition play as the main measure of motor you'd come to the conclusion that the player on recent Celts teams with the highest motor was Chris Wilcox.

Transition baskrt plus running back on defense. Did wilcox do that?

Yes. I guess we have somewhat different definitions of Motor.
