Not such a  bad idea. However I would prefer to have a team with DMC and Love (while keeping Green and Rondo). We can offer all picks, AB, and expiring contracts.

What I would really like is to get Durant... but that's hardly happening.
Goal for next season: Top 2 seed.
Say goodbye to: Turner, Zeller, Sully.

Yes. He is not worth his salary. Anytime a team will take away someone who is clearly not worth their salary, you do it.

It's pretty clear what happens from here

2014 draft, doesn't matter where we are picking

We'll probably package it + Gerald Wallace + Bass for a player like Aldridge

I also think we might have about ~18 million in cap space for free agents, not sure about that though

Regardless

If Jeff Green develops into a star

Rondo/Green/Aldridge

regardless, we have money to bring in a top free agent or pick one up from a team looking to restart because we could taken on salary and send them 1st round picks

Maybe Melo or Bosh would be willing to come to Boston, I can't imagine LeBron coming so I'll toss that idea out. There's also a lot of good restricted free agents we could try to lure away

Banner 18 is coming in 2 years time

I think you have the right idea, but just have jumped ahead a year. I think he keeps his picks & drafts two solid players in next years draft, & uses the 2015 draft for trades.

Yes though, Ainge is brilliant & is definitely the best GM in the league. Helluva job by #44 to reload with some fantastic moves. Now I follow the C's year round. Ainge has made me even love the offseason now.
