The refs have improved. Hope it sticks

That was easily the best officiated finals in quite a while.

It's as if they have come to understand that an errant non-call is better than
an errant phantom call, which is much closer to offciating in the days of old
instead of the insecure, whistle happy officiating we've suffered through
in recent playoffs and finals. 

Now that I've complimented the way this finals was reffed,  I'm going to say
we'd have beat the Lakers in 2009 if the style of officiating were the
same as this series.  The officials wrecked the beginning of that series
and then improved some and then wrecked the second half of game 7.

Glad to see them recover some know how...

I agree, not only the Finals, but the entire playoffs.   I like that quote; "an errant non-call is better than an errant phantom call."  That's always been my philosophy.  I can deal with it when they miss a call, but I can't stand it when they make one up.

great refs... absolutely. couple missed calls though but its never perfect.

I wonder if the Heat shot more FTs than the Spurs in even one game of the 7 games series if people would still be commending the officiating.
