Good teams always take best player available.  Especially in the NBA where talent trumps everything.

I just don't really see an argument for "need" under any circumstance for any team. Unless its like 2 players toe to toe as far as talent and you pick the one you need more. Otherwise 100 out of 100 pick bpa
