Boston receive: Robinson, pick 18, pick 50.
Boston trade: Non-guaranteed contracts (TWill, Shav, White), Jordan Crawford, Pick 16, 2014 2nd via Brooklum future 1st (lotto protected).
- Boston acquire Robinson for a future lotto protected 1st. They do have to convert their 2nd to this years 2nd and move back a couple of spaces in the draft to do it though. If they target Shroeder or Larkin (likely if Trob is acquired) then they shouldnt lose out.

Houston receive: Non-guaranteed contracts from Boston, future Boston 1st, 2014 Boston 2nd (via Brooklyn).
Houston trade: Robinson.
- Houston makes enough room for Dwight and keeps Asik until they can find a fair deal for him. They dont add any extra salary this year but get two picks in the 2014 draft (Likely a pick just outside the lotto and a 2nd).

Atlanta receive: Pick 16, Jordan Crawford.
Atlanta trade: Pick 18, Pick 50.
- Atlanta moves ahead of Boston for the sake of absorbing a couple of mil and pick 50. They have another 2nd and two 1sts in this draft so losing a pick isnt a great deal. Crawford may perform as a 6th man.

Bostons depth chart:
Rondo - Shroeder.
Bradley - Lee - Terry.
Pierce - Green.
Sullinger - Robinson - Bass.
Garnett - Melo - FA.
*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

Supposedly the Hawks and Rockets both have interest in signing Dwight Howard, so I don't see one team helping the other to clear cap space to sign him.

Get help from ATL?

Id personally trade our 16 and some salary filler for him righ away, without anyones help.

He had a very disappointing rookie year but a defined role would make him a very productive PF. If we land him we have to convince him that his role in the team is to bang tjr boards evrytime a shot is hoisted. He's athletic and strong enough to do that.
2019 CStrong Historical Draft 2000s OKC Thunder.
PG: Jrue Holiday / Isaiah Thomas / Larry Hughes
SG: Paul George / Aaron McKie / Bradley Beal
SF: Paul Pierce / Tayshaun Prince / Brian Scalabrine
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Shareef Abdur-Raheem / Ben Simmons
C: Jermaine O'neal / Ben Wallace

I would as well.

I'd like to Keep Terrence Williams if possible though.  The others I am happy to give up.

no way I include any future 1st rounders in this deal.  reluctant to even move a 2nd from next year.

We're really helping out Houston to get DH. opening up their cap and exchanging picks should be sufficient.  TRob is on a rookie deal still and a high draft pick.  the fact he's being shopped again already screams out warning signs to me.  I definitely would not overpay for this kid.

My math may be off but I don't think we can give them enough un-guaranteed contracts to match.

I've said it before, but Cleveland really makes the most sense as a landing spot for Robinson.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

I thought Gilbert said they wanted to make the playoffs next year?

If making a move I see them adding a proven veteran instead if another prospect in his early 20's. Especially if it involves moving a future 1st rounder.

They do, but I think they wouldn't pass this up if all it costs them is Miami's 2014 1st.  I mean Noel, Zeller, Thompson, and Robinson has them set at the 4 and 5 for the next decade (and that doesn't account for Speights).  If they can sign Iguodala to get the veteran SF they need (Cleveland will make a huge push for him in free agency as he is there top target outside of Dwight who won't be going there) and if Irving can stay healthy I think they will easily be a playoff team next year and that doesn't even account for Varejao who if he comes back healthy would be a very valuable trade chip (or a great starting center on their playoff team).

I mean if healthy, this teams seems like a pretty clear playoff team to me

PG - Irving, Gibson
SG - Waiters, Ellington
SF - Iguodala, Gee
PF - Thompson, Speights, Robinson
C - Varejao, Zeller, Noel

Now granted health is a big question mark for Irving and Varejao and Noel won't play till mid-way through the year, but I think that team has clear potential and I think Robinson is a great fit with Thompson/Zeller/Noel.

I don't understand why anyone would even want Robinson.  He couldn't even crack the rotation in Sacramento?!  This guy has Joey Dorsey, Jerome Moiso written all over him!
