Was wondering since it's quite top heavy I heard.

Rondo could take his time to come back, so could Sully and we'd have a fairly high pick.

So GR3 and Mitch McGary are both projected to be mid-lottery picks by Draftexpress.

Does that help push potential cornerstones our way? Or am I misunderstanding the meaning of it being a "strong draft".

Edit:
Ooohhh and Marcus Smart is returning, too.

How does McGary and Robinson returning to school help push prospects our way. It works the opposite.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- After losing two players to the NBA, Michigan will have its other two potential NBA players back.

Forward Glenn Robinson III and center Mitch McGary both decided Thursday to return to Michigan for their sophomore years instead of heading to the pros.

Nevermind, you were asking about 2014 not this year.

Yup.

Is there anything nice in the 15-18 range?

Might be worth semi-tanking for a huge last hurrah.

I have a feeling that there will be something nice that will be available in that range, but finding it will involve being good at assessing intangibles that won't be obvious from watching hours of game play.

Next year I think you will see real impact players being chosen in the 20s. Using a baseball analogy, not every pick above them will be homeruns, there will be some strikeouts but there will be some homeruns and man there is a lot of triples out there. With Danny doing the drafting, I have every confidence a great player will be coming our way.

BC talent like GR3, Smart are have withdrawn, guys like Mcollum and Giannis are shooting up 8-14 in alot of mocks. =[

A few other mocks have Steven Adams , bc of ind workouts, shooting up in the top 10-15 range. Same with Plumlee bc of his quickness/athleticism.

Zeller and Olynyk are all over the map, with pre draft measurements/Ind workouts prob being a detriment.  Zeller at 6'11 , has 6'8 wingspan.

Is a zeller super drop to us possible? Even with his short wingspan, due to his skills/speed would you pick him?
