Athletic deficiencies aside, the dude has a messed up back. On top of that he is overweight. I like his game, but when you add it all up; a non-athletic, overweight big, with a bad back, it doesn't look promising. Coming from someone who has back issues, simply overlooking his back problems is a very bad mistake!
I really find it hard to call Sullinger over weight. At the combine he weighed in at 268lbs @ 10.7% BF. He isn't skinny but 11% BF is still pretty low. At only 20yrs old Im all for taking a chance on his back and trusting the Cs trainers to give him the best treatments possible.
I think our concern is that he appeared to be playing heavier than that during the college season, but weight and BF% aren't something that you can tell from pictures easily.
Just look at the change in BBD's fitness level during the offseason when he was dedicated and in season or when he wasn't as commited.
