Yes.  Howard is a half-tier ahead of Blake.

If I'm the owner of the Clippers, absolutely - Howard's much better than Griffin and puts me closer to a ring for the 2 years I'm guaranteed to have CP3.  I'd probably demand an extension first, though.

If I'm Donald Sterling, probably not - Blake's a lot cheaper and Sterling's shown that matters a lot more to him than winning.

Rather have Howard for many of the reasons listed above in this thread.

Also, Howard has never had a serious injury.

Griffin had a broken left kneecap that sidelined him for a whole year. Seems like he has completely recovered from that, but who knows.
