Actually, I believe there is an "in-between", and I'm sure Danny, Wic, et al, feel the same way. You absolutely want to do all you can to win this year, especially when you have three very talented players who are quickly approaching the end of their careers. But you also want to do all you can to build for the future at the same time, and not pass up on options or players who can be members of your future re-building effort. I think the "no in-between" approach is both over-simplifying and a bit short-sighted, and I trust the powers that be to see things a little more thoroughly than that, and be intelligent and insightful enough to work this thing from both ends.
