Green played fairly well today.

I don't think Green played any version of "well" today.  His defense sucked, his shooting sucked, his rebounding sucked, he had more turnovers than assists...  I thought he played very poorly.

Everyone played poorly in the first half. In the second half he didnt play bad. If he played very poorly, than what did Garnett play? Rondo?

Green has been consistently bad/invisible. At some point everyone is going to have to accept that he's not a winner or a good fit for a team trying to win a championship and stop making excuses for him or pointing to Perk's poor play to deflect blame from him.

When talking about Green, I have NEVER mentioned Perk.

Not targeting you in particulr, it's just a general response I see a lot of to any Jeff Green bashing.

In a thread like this, that seems to be using greens play as a way to criticize the trade (and dannys decision making that led to it), it makes sense to similarly analyze the play of the pieces given away.

So basically, the celts gave nothing and got nothing except for a potential player from the draft pick. At least that I the way I read it from both sides of the aisle.  ;D
