As you can see in this breakdown, the problem wasn't Rondo taking that floater, but rather that there wasn't another option. Actually it was quite a smart thing to do, since there was time to foul and get another chance (the C's were only down by one). If anything it is on Doc for not calling the timeout.

Anyway - the real problem was getting in that position, being behind in the final minute.

As for starting Delonte: He is not nearly as talented as Rondo. He is a better shooter, but that's all. That doesn't mean that he can't have games where he is the better player.

Absolutely wrong. Ray was wide open on the wing on that play he took that floater. In fact, Ray started lifting his hands up knowing the ball was going to be swung to him. Or should have been at least. Ray was curling open on the last one where he stupidly gave the ball to BBD.

When Rondo was looking for Ray, Tony Allen got in Ray's face. He wasn't open, while it was possible to make the pass.

Whatever he was doing before to help his team win he sure as heck isn't doing it now. All the games I've seen the celts lose lately hes taken way to me bad 15 for jumpers that any schollgirl should make and he blows them. He wasnt doing that when they were winning. Pkus Ray Allen is tired and in a slump annnnd I dont know. I'm trying to stay positive but I can feel the frustration as well. It Sucks
