Name one NBA player with the "tough" label that would let the opposing team coast in for easy dunks all game long without doing something about it?

If Shaq was in the game he would have gotten a flagrant. Hes tough.

If Charles Oakley was in the game he would have gotten ejected if the other team was getting easy dunks all game.
