I think this team needs a serious roster shakeup.

In my opinion, Davis and Perk are both gone next season no matter what happens. They're our only trade assets at this point, and she we look to improve our roster for this year and next, plus keep an eye on players that help us in the future too.

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=6ypkln8

So we get Oj Mayo and Zbo for Perk,JO,Nate,BBD and Wafer

JO is bought out. Perk is kept next to Gasol. Davis resumes his role as 6th man in Memphis. Wafer plays a temporary role as a scorer with more minutes. And Nate becomes a trade asset for them next season. Give Memphis draft picks as needed.

Mayo gets 25-30 mpg as a G/F. West comes back as our back up PG, and Quis returns playoff time with JO(resigned).
In the mean time, and for some injury assurance, we take a look at some free agents/D leaguers.
PG help in Antonio Daniels and wing help with Bobby Simmons

Rondo,West,Antonio
Ray,Mayo,Bradley
Pierce,Quis,Simmons
KG,Zbo,Harangody
Shaq,Semih,JO

Our starters are the most important, but I really think this bench could be amazing. Mayo for his scoring, and Zbo is a rebounding machine. Then after next season, we go after Dwight instead of cashing in on Perk
Can't stop, Rondo!

Nah I like our roster now. Besides Shaq is not gonna go for more than 25 mins a game. And I certainly don't want Semih guarding Howard for 20 or so minutes a game. It really leaves a giant hole in the center position.

I think this team needs a serious roster shakeup.

I'd rather try and win a title or two.

First place in the East.  Definitely needs a serious roster shakeup.

What kind of words are there to be used for the teams 2-15?  MUST HAVE COMPLETE ROSTER MAKEOVER???
2020 CelticsStrong All-2000s Draft -- Utah Jazz

Finals Starters:  Jason Kidd - Reggie Miller - PJ Tucker - Al Horford - Shaq
Bench:  Rajon Rondo - Trae Young - Marcus Smart - Jaylen Brown -  Peja Stojakovic - Jamal Mashburn - Carlos Boozer - Tristan Thompson - Mehmet Okur

With Perk and Baby gone, there goes our Dwight Howard defense, there goes our edge vs the Heat, Bulls, Lakers and Spurs in size.

In addition, even if the above weren't true, counting on either JO or Quis to contribute at all for the rest of the season is really looking at the world in Green colored glasses.

Would love Mayo and Zbo for the reasons you mention, but not at this expense.

As would I. I think the least amount of shakeup to our rotational players, the better. If we can get Brewer for Bradley or Moon/Parker, that is the way we should go. If we lose Nate and Delonte comes back strong with Wafer at the two and Brewer/Parker/Moon at 3, then that is the way we should go.

We do NOT need a roster shakeup. we need to acquire a piece that can help us get through the regular season and provide depth and scoring with the second unit come play-off time. PERIOD
