KG didn't fist bump Charlie because he has no respect for Charlie V. What if KG fist bumped him too hard or too softly? Perhaps Charlie would have tweeted about it?

He apologized to George Karl because on top of having a tremendous amount of respect for the man, he wanted to make sure Karl wasn't offended personally from what he may have heard in rumors.

he was more or less trying to explain his side to coach karl, a real cancer victim....he denied charlie vs reports on twitter, and last i checked charlie v isnt an actual cancer victim.  Accoriding to KG and other sources within the celtics CV lied to all on his twitter account about the meaning of KG's comments, and KG got blasted publically and in the media  ...why exactly WOULD he shake CVs hand?

Two things:

1) Coach Karl isn't playing the games.  I think KG wants every edge possible, and he wouldn't want to give in to an opponent;

2) He doesn't respect Charlie V.  The guy tweeted -- and lied -- about what KG said, causing him a lot of grief in the process.  Why would he shake his hand?

None of us knows what KG said - but the tweet was ridiculous.

That being said, the unlikeliness of KG saying "You are cancerous to your team and our league" speaks for itself!

I agree lol.

But that's not the point of this whole story. Ask current and former players, and even if he said word-for-word what Charlie V claims, it is what it is, trash-talking.

I don't think trash-talking is supposed to be politically correct. Does that make KG a bad person? Is he insensitive to cancer patients? Who doesn't say something they probably shouldn't?

I wouldn't judge KG on how he acts for 48 minutes a night every few days when his reputation off the court is excellent.

The real problem here (and maybe in society altogether at this point) is people feeling the need to share everything on these social networks.
