To conclude my summer, I will be going to LA with my best friends

Boston Celtics Cap Check
Boston Celtics Paul Pierce Champion Jersey Check
Boston Shorts Check
Kevin Garnett Addidas Shoes Check

still bitter about game 7, so probably going to vent a little when i get there

Hate Gasol, Hate Odom, hate Fisher...and hate the Laker Fans...i still remember 2008 how they spat and stepped on Pierce's jersey, so classless, i don't recall Boston Fans doing that

we have so much more class, but meh, i have no say in this because I'm ready to be loud and obnoxious upon landing yelling LAKERS sucks =)

probably die before coming back

Lol come on, man. Just enjoy L.A. I don't root for the Lakers, but Los Angeles is quite pleasant to visit (much of my family is there). Rodeo drive is very nice to walk around, Hollywood/Highland is great, Santa Monica and Venice Beach are some cool spots. Very good restaurants, bars, and clubs, as well.

I live in L.A.

Most of the Laker fans that you will see wearing their shirts and hats could probably tell you very little about the Celtics other than they "hate" them.  Many of them probably won't acknowledge your Celtic gear, but the ones that do are more than likely idiots who only know that the "Lakers rule and Boston sucks".

If you mention Perk's injury or FT discrepancy they may not even know what you're talking about.  They'll just tell you the Lakers should have won in 5 and would have won in '08 with Bynum.

You would be way better off not letting them know how much the series (or game 7 for matter) bothered you.  They feed off of it....... but if you can't help it, then mention it as a matter-of-fact that you hope the refs can hand the Celtics the title next season the same way they handed it to the Lakers this season. That always goes over well..........  ;D
