Dino Radja
Did you see him play?  I think this is a bit unfair.  He was a very talented low-post player.  He's actually one of my favorite non-big 3 players of the era that started once bird & mchale retired.  He had an injured knee that slowed him down, but if you check some boxscores from his games (basketballreference.com) you'll see a guy who could easily put up 20+ points and 10+ rebounds.  He was a second round steal when the Celtics drafted him...
