I put my wife and two daughters (3 years and a 9 month old) on a plane for the Bahamas today so they can go to a funeral for my wife's aunt.  (I can't go because I have to give my students their Mid-term this week and after all the missed timed with the snow, I need to be there)

About 20 minutes ago, the news station teased a plane crash at national airport (where they flew out of).

Turns out two jets (neither of which my family is on) had the equivalent of a fender bender on the ground.

Only another hour till the land.  I am looking forward to this.

Yep.

Enough to drive someone to head to a bar where they may be playing some sort of sports game.

Oh yeah, how about watching Arsenal 20 minutes ago and seeing young Ramsey brake a leg and then turning on Celtics game and seeing an equal sighting of Celtics losing to Nets by 9 at the half

Wow, just read first post, sorry.
I'm not comparing two sports, I'm comparing feelings
