You're 16 and can almost bench 300? Impressive... at my peak I was 23 and could bench about 315. I am 5'9 190 about, I also was using Omnadren like it was going out of style. I could never really get past that plateau...

I don't bench now, but I can incline 225 about 12 times or so.

I'd say that hair would add 5.5 inches to your height.  Whats the deal with that?

Then I would be 6'8". I'm 6'2.5" with the hair off.

I think the strongest I ever got was 5 sets of ten of 205 on bench around the age of 26 when I weighed about 174ish

That's awesome stuff for someone your age.  I've been bodybuilding for like 18 years and my heaviest bench was 335, squat around 400, deadlift 450.  I bulk up and get strong in the winter and get cut up and run a lot in the spring and summer, so my lifts go way down.  And like Bass Thumper, I'm pretty good with the 40oz olde english curls.  My best 40oz dash was like 20seconds(poured into cups first).

Age 32
Height 5'7
Weight 180

I dont max out due to lack of a spotter. I just stick with a program that has worked so far. I don't take supplements. I mainly work on the upper body and arms and I don't do much with the legs because my family has a history of bad knees.

Before I hurt my sciatic(bothering me for months now), my bench sets were 175 for 4 sets of 12-10-8-6 then I would do  incline press of 165 for 4 sets of 8. Then I do flys at 50 for 4 sets of 12 alternating with another chest excersise(forget the name) of 4 sets of 8. Then I do curls, hammer lifts, incline curls and work the triceps.

I'm trying to work my way back because of the injury so I'm lifting a little less now.
Sucks because for the first time in my life I was sticking to it and I was seeing gains. Now I'm just fighting to not have to start at square one again.

Hopefully anywhere D1. I'm an upcoming senior coming off of major surgery playing a new position, though, so I better do good this season.

Fellows... for some reason, I don't feel safe bench pressing.

I do roughly ~220 lbs x 20-30 reps for my conditioning. I worry about rotator cuffs, etc, so I keep it in a manageable zone.
