I think its time to put an end to this Eddie House experiment. I find the Celtics trying to build an entire 2nd team based on his limited abilities ??? he's not that important is he ::)

I don't know if I want to trade with Washington.  This team is already playing like Washington right now - lot of talent, but can't win.

Not intending for this post as a wise remark but isn't an experment something you are trying to figure out or make work eventually, sort of like the unknown? We already know what House is capable of and have won with his contributions in the past.I do agree that he might be expendable at this point if the right player is available.

Except for Ray, give up our 3 guys for Foye and Blatche. That will do and I believe that is enough for the season. A back PG (Foye) and an athletic, young big (Blatche).

If this one works, I am all for it.

An easy trade for the Celtics to say yes to.  To much talent coming to Boston to say no.

I am not sure if DC pulls the trigger.

I doubt Washington would though.

Ray, TA, Scal and House for Caron Butler, Mike Miller, Blatche and Foye.
Washington front office would have to be on more crack than Marion Barry to pull the trigger on that trade.
Butler > Ray
Miller > TA
Blatche >>> Scal
Foye > House

Other than expiring money from the C's, what's in it for DC?  It's not like Michael Jordan is still running the team and acquiring crappy players (Kwame).  Even if Boston threw in 2 future 1st (I hate the thought of giving up 1st round picks but for this lopsided a deal I'd have no reservations), I can't see DC doing this.

Blatche and the cap space is all that the Wiz will like.  (Well, the profesionalism of Ray would be nice as well)

I would do this deal in a second, but why would Washington?  They basically blow up their team, and give away all of their good assets to save a year of Butler's contract?  Butler is one of the better bargains in the league.
