I was really amazed when I heard this, not that it hasn't been bandied back-and-forth for ages, but that it seems completely contrary to what Commissioner Stern has always been about ... this is really a much bigger story that it seems on the surface, because if accepted, it will set a huge precedent in the professional sports business.
