After tonight and on the heels of his recent 9-14 "roll," Rondo's career FT percentage is 62.5%.

If he continues this pace for the rest of his career and ends up playing more than 500 games, he will end up with the lowest FT percentage of any guard in NBA history (>500 career games). Al Attles is currently worst at 63.2%.

Lowest. Ever.

Even if you extend the list to include centers and forwards, he would still be one of the 50 worst free throw shooters in history. Here are the other 48 players with >500 games and <62.5% career FT percentage, in order from worst to "best":

Ben Wallace
Chris Dudley
Desagana Diop
Greg Kite
Adonal Foyle
Wilt Chamberlain
Bo Outlaw
Reggie Evans
Shaquille O'neal
Larry Smith
Olden Polynice
Earl Cureton
Johnny Green
Cadillac Anderson
Bill Russell
Manute Bol
Dale Davis
Brian Skinner
Ken Norman
Mark West
Greg Ostertag
Danny Vranes
Tom Hawkins
Jim Brewer
Toby Kimball
Bruce Bowen
Will Perdue
Elmore Smith
Dennis Rodman
Corie Blount
Radoslav Nesterovic
Clifford Ray
Darrall Imhoff
Jon Koncak
Alton Lister
Michael Olowokandi
Mike McGee
Tyson Chandler
Ervin Johnson
Otto Moore
Clyde Lee
Jeff Foster
Marvin Webster
Duane Causwell
Charles Jones
Brendan Haywood

I am showing the list just because I got a few chuckles out of it. And I suspect that Rondo would not want to think of these guys as his "peers." Let's hope he brings those numbers up (at least to 65%, which is KC Jones/Nate McMillan territory).
