From NBA.com.  I guess it happened almost a week ago.  It says it's part of the HD package, so the HD channel will probably be coming soon.  When you go from having NBA TV to not having it you realize how great it is to have it.

NBA TV is in HD for Verizon Fios now.  It has officially surpassed Comcast as far as overall quality.  I know I don't like watching games unless they are in HD, and now I'll get an NBA game in HD pretty much every night between TNT, ESPN and NBA TV.

Anyone who has a chance to switch should go for it.  Especially if you have an HDTV.  There are tons of HD channels and now the On-demand options are as good as or better than Comcast.  They've made improvements over the last month or two.

But do they have all of the C's games in HD?  That is what was keeping me from getting Fios.  I believe they only had home games in HD, and since I have season tickets, it was pretty useless.

All games are now broadcasted in HD on Verizon. I work for Comcast, and I've made a fake rivalry with a few friends who shipped to Fios, and that used to be my number one point.
