What specifically is so crazy about Williams?
Just curious.

Sean Williams is still a young PF with potential that has yet to earn big contract money. Packaging him with a SF or PG for our proven PF BBD makes sense for both sides.
Can't stop, Rondo!

3 Failed Marijuana tests in College forced him off the team.

He got into an altercation with a clerk at a cell phone store and was charged with disorderly conduct/criminal mischief after breaking a monitor

Kid has talent, but issues.

Dooling and Williams or Boone.  Whichever one.  Lee is not coming NJ covets him, the VC trade wouldn't have happened if he hadn't been included.

hayes and boone and dallas' 2010 pick for BBD and a 2nd round pick.

Hayes and Boone could be very good 8th and 9th men for us and they are in the last year of their contracts.  if we dont want to re-sign them, we dont have to.

Getting dallas' pick from nj gives us two picks between 25-32 to help us add young talent.

[dang]it, that poll tricked me. Why is Sean Williams in every single option? I thought I was voting for Yi and Dooling.

I'd be willing to let KG get a hold of him, if we are losing Baby regardless, I have no issue getting a high risk high reward kind of player like Williams.  Putting him a good team with some real leaders could be very beneficial for him.  Also Clifford Ray would be very beneficial for him as well.
do it

If the S&T has any weight to it and they really are trying to work something out, DA better be pulling hard for Dooling.

He is the perfect back up PG for us. Tough defender, good shooter. Can't ask for much more in a backup PG.

Go get 'em..
