I think I agree with Rebus Rankin on this one. Tyson was not accepted by Oklahoma due to flunking his physical. And Peja Stojakovic is not a legitimate replacement for Ray Allen.

Anyone know where Marcus Camby is these days?

Don't like this deal due to Chandler's injury history and Peja's declining play.
Peja is hurt all the time, has been since his Sacramento days. Plus he's showing all the signs of being on the steep decline of his career.

If there's one thing that's certain it's that Ray Allen won't be traded near the end of his deal.  The Celtics, gearing up for their playoff run, would not suddenly get rid of Ray.  If he gets traded during the season it will be early in the season, mid-season at the latest.

I don't think that is a given. It depends on the deals available. If you can convert Ray into a younger all-star from a team looking to shed salary it'd be tough to not do it.

It'd have to be one hell of a deal.  Also I suppose it could happen if Allen is hampered physically in any way, or in the unlikely case that chemistry issues develop (stranger things have happened!)

Ray is far better than both of those two put together.  Peja is now a one trick pony, and Chandler regressed this past year.
