I think Denver will win in 5. But there will be several close games. So it could easily go 6/7. But Denver will win the series.

1-0 for Denver in this series with a 14 points win and a shy Billups on offense. The Nuggets' bench and starters came up huge and Dallas didn't resist more than 3 and a half quarters.

I'll stick with my prediction : 4-1 Denver. The Nuggets are really impressive and they could beat the Lakers in my opinion!

Denver looked shy in the 1st but then came up huge with big contribution from the bench.

Really my 2nd favourite team behind the celtics, i think they play beautiful ball.

And they have a lot of players that can step up and conribute and make a difference.

They'll be a tough team to beat, even for the lakers and whoever comes out of the east. (Hoping it's boston...  ;))

Mavs looked pretty bad on both ends, can't see them winning the series, but they've always been a tough home team.

i love the Nuggets now soo much. Birdman was someone whose jersey would have been purchased if he was in Celtic Green, Chauncey is the ultimate playoff PG, Carmelo kindof has a bad attitude but it seems to be changing w/ Big Shot, JR Smith is extremely underrated in my opinion, and KMart when healthy is almost a double double on a nightly basis.

first of all, awesome sig from the poster above, Beaucoup tommy points.

But to the main point, I think this series only goes 6, with Denver winning 4-2. Dallas will win a couple but they will be on the back of Dirk goin crazy and Denver having a tough night. I don't think it will ever really look like Denver has a real shot here.

K-Mart just got fined 25k for his shove on Dirk in the 1st half.

Did anybody else notice how abruptly Dirk dropped off after that foul?  He really seems to be the one guy whose game gets much worse after a smack or two.  This'll be a running theme of the series going ahead, I think.
