His stock will remain down.

This underachieving kid will be out of the league within 3 years.

Quite apart from the character issues he has no offensive game.

or basketball IQ on defense. He gets blocks because he's ridculously atheltic and sneaks up on you, but he's not a good team or indivdual defender.

Williams stock may be down but Scal's must be way up.  TP for offering the first trade proposal in Celticsblog history not including Brian Scalabrine.

I wouldn't touch Williams with a 10foot pole.

I reply here for lack of a better place.

I think management has shorted this team because they haven't pulled the trigger to sufficiently improve the team.

I admit i never thought we would win last year but one doesn't have to be Dean Smith to figure out we're not tall enuf or deep enough in size. When your stars are in their 30's...one must make room for INJURIES AND THE WEAR AND TEAR OF AGE.

Even discounting KG's, Powe's, Davis's, T Allen's, Rondo's and Scalabrine's injuries,
one might argue that Rondo has improved and we've added Moore and Marbury but..

that does not bring us back to last year's  team w Posey and Brown.  And the Cavs are vastly improved depth wise and so the Lakers w even a 70% Bynum.

I expect us to fall short this year but hope management will sign some size...Rasheed might help a little....Camby.(Brad Miller)  Marion...... Davis and Powe are too small and neither can cover good small forwards. Again, tall help.

The window of future successes is shrinking.

Sean Williams rides the bench behind Ryan Anderson.

I sat a few rows back from the Jersey bench last month, the guy is a clown. Dancing to the timeout music, posing for pictures for the girls in front of me - not a player that would last here.

(Copied from another Trade for Sean Williams topic)
"All I have to know is, he's my coach, and I follow his lead. He didn't have to say anything in here this week. We all knew what we had to do. He's a big part of our family, and we're like his extended family. And we did what good families do when one of their own is affected." - Teddy Bruschi

I'm sure they would take Scali for him but I'm not sure I would give up a good guy like Scali -
