WEEI establishing itself in electronic media

For those who haven't heard Rob Bradford and Michael Felger were snatched from the Boston Herald by Entercoms WEEI.com...

This news is a couple of weeks old but with the sports media landscape about to dramatically change here in Boston I'm interested in everyones take on it. 

It's almost as if a third major Newspaper (for sports anyway) just developed in Boston. I wonder if Callahan leaves the Herald too.
