Hmm...  you could be on to something.  On the other hand, we've won three series without them...  do we mess with what's working?

LOL...Leave it to you Roy to quickly crunch the numbers, both pro vs contra evidence in your astute weighing in of the subject at hand...lol

But seriously, I always found then fun and informative as to folks reasons given, especially 2nd & 3rd place votes by the membership ;)

fun fun fun (this time tommorow  ;D )

Ahem..We are actually 1-0 in the playoffs with MVP Polls! http://www.celticsblog.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=64&topic=17503.0

I will do my bestest to oblige, but given the likely end times of the games I might be half asleep when they come about.  Might have to be a morning after thing, but we'll see.

Nice to hear someone noticed them missing!

Should I do just Celtics or a full out Finals MVP type thing...Not sure we'd get too many legit votes for the Lakers...We shall see

GO CELTS!

Redz, of course your efforts put into the game MVP polls were appreciated, and sorely missed once the playoffs began, at least IMO&E

I'm not very I.T. savy enough to fully know their difficulty to put together, but I'm sure its well over an hours work each deserving of my personal thank you!

Yeah, these will be late running games, so if you do decide to run them again, morning would be fine I'm sure ;)

Nah, we don't need no stinkin' Fakers polls, IMO...Both you and I and a few others tried to be accomedating so as to be inclusive of their fans with some good results early on(cool Laker fans take note). Until some of them started to really get abusive with the privilage. So, perhaps I was out of line in trying to initially be outwardly invieting... My bad...

To bad too, because their inclusion can be enlightening, but as the old timers here probably know all to well from experience, sports fans (the term covers alot of types) in the heat of competition, can be a roudy bunch where trolling becomes a common pain...

No Laker inclusive poll, IMO...

Best regards~

Hmmm..since I don't actually have to decide whether to do the poll until after the game should I only do it if the Celtics lose then?  I'm so confused. ???

Maybe a reverse-psychology pre-game Lakers MVP Poll?
