In reply to the reactions on Avdija and Bitadze, if it actually took White to get them I would immediately stop negotations. To me (even though I like them) they're not even close to White, so if the Trailblazers view Avidija as future franchise All Star then good luck to them.

Often Bitadze isn't even starting and they have Carter as their starting center, so I find it hard to imagine Orlando would hold on to him so firmly. Perhaps they have no interest in our players, but then maybe a three-way-team-trade could be an option.

I don't think Bitadze would cost that much. A good bench player or a late 1st round. Hauser would get it done.
I agree it wouldn't.  However I had tried Hauser for Bitadze but it doesn't work straight up.  Strangely Hauser for Bitadze and Houston works in the fanspo trade machine even though Celtics would be taking on nearly 500k more.  I thought being over 2nd apron wouldn't allow us to take back more salary than we send out.
Even if it does work, I doubt Hauser will be moved in anything other than a salary dump.  Orlando may not be able to afford to do it either.  They are already over the 1st apron and after next season Banchero and Moretz Wagner become free agents.

Doubt Memphis would do it but I'd like to flip Hauser for Huff.  That would save a lot in salary and tax plus get a backup C who fits Joe's offense.

Here was one that I thought about - Kristaps Porzingis. It's just an interesting way to look at it. What high-upside big could the Cs get that could really unlock the team moving forward? I was thinking about Ball and Ayton and others that I really like as low-cost-high-upside additions. But I think if Kristaps was on another team, I would consider him a potential target too.

I wonder as well if we could sign him on a really team-friendly deal due to some of the health concerns he's had.

If he has health issues again this next season, we probably could sign him on a team friendly deal.  But do you want to do that if he's had health issues 3 straight seasons?
