did anyone hear the ABC play by play in the first minute of the game "this is KP's first game as a visitor since 2018?" how can't he be aware that KP played in Dallas in the finals?!?!

He didn't dress up on the floor in neither Games 3 and 4. Thus, his last time on the floor at Dallas in uniform was in 2018. I'm not sure about 'visitor' though, he was also a Wizard and Knick; between those he was a Maverick.

so would you believe I was at those games (and in boston) and i was sooo sure he was playing for a small stint in Dallas because I was sitting behind the c's bench with some close friends of KP (and his girl) and he kept on looking over enough that I remember him playing...my bad!!! lol,

also factor in my memory may be, that this is the second night I tried a gummy for sleeping and I may just have taken a little extra to test it (and i've never done anything before in any form lol) oh well,,,I guess thats it for me.... goodnight

He did dress for Game 4. He just didn?t play. So your memory is not totally off kilter!

It was kinda weird. They said he was "available" for situations but I guess when it became a blowout early they just decided not to use him at all.

That said, my small conspiracy theory is similar to what others have said, the C's didn't show up for Game 4 and purposely lost that so they could win it all at home. A lot of media people also felt that and apparently even on a whiteboard in their locker room before Game 4 they had a note saying "leave for Miami Tuesday morning", meaning the morning after Game 5. Curious timing. And I mean, the entire team looked awful and nonchalant in Game 4 but then Game 5 went back to being the juggernauts they were lol. KP even played like 15 mins of Game 5.

We didn't need that game and Dallas was fighting for their lives. Kyrie hasn't had a good game at the Garden since he left or was it when he rubbed his foot on Lucky and started his long run of bad karma?

Exactly. It was funny too because I think Gafford or Lively after the game said they "figured it out" vs. the C's and had a strategy, only for them to fall behind 10+ early in Game 5 and then go into halftime down 21 after PP's halfcourt 3 LOL

I'll also add, admittedly I thought the refs were actually really good most of last postseason (shocker, I know). Even the bad ones. But that particular night Scott Foster decided to put Horford and Jaylen in early foul trouble almost like the league also wanted to squeeze at least one more game lol.

It all worked out beautifully in the end anyways  :)

Yup Lively had us "figured out," and would've become the first team in NBA history to come back from 0-3 and win  ;)

tatum's shot selection is p--- poor

Usually is.

Just a tiiiiiiny bit more court awareness after the defense collapses when he drives would send him supernova. Really get in the MVP conversation.

EDIT: I will say that I don't have any data about his fadeaway middy game... someone?
