For Kemba .....a Medicare card

You just need to find the right team.  Example, Miami will probably lose Oladipo, but say the C's send KW and a 1st to Miami in a S&T for VO?  Kemba's knee injury in the playoffs wasn't the one from last year, so that procedure looks like it worked.  Miami might do that, rather than lose VO for nothing.

So you want to trade Kemba and a 1st for VO? VO is more injury prone than RW3.  If you think not playing in B2B games is bad go look at VO's games played over the last few years.

Kemba isn't the best fit next to Tatum and JB but he is a far superior player than VO. Kemba is still a good player just over paid for the role the Celtics need him to play.

Nope, my post said "EXAMPLE".  It's a way to get out from the contract.  When you have a bad contract you want to move, generally you're losing the trade.  Personally, I keep Kemba, as I said in the post, his playoffs injury had nothing to do with the knee procedure he had in the off season.  I think he can be healthy and maybe he pushes himself for another final multi year deal, thus opting out after next year.

Kemba + #16 + two seconds for Horford + #18

Keep Smart

===================================

Kemba + Smart + #16 for Wiggins + Wiseman

===================================

Neither is particularly realistic.
Why would we be giving up more for Horford when he's contracted for as long, is older, has played less basketball in the last two years and has been worse over those two years? Confused

I don't like the Horford trade, rather just keep Smart and Walker.  But  I do like the Golden State trade.  I see the Kemba-Wiggins swap as kind of a wash at this point, you are getting a younger, healthier, taller albeit less accomplished player but both give you around 20 pts per game.  But to get Wiseman, a legitimate up and coming big for Smart and the pick?  I think that is a great player to target.  Just what we need.  Wiseman is raw but he put up 11.5 pts in 39 games at age 20, after pretty much no college, no summer league, and no preseason.  I see him just exploding in terms of production in the next season or two.

Not sure I can construct a scenario where GSW would like this deal but I like it.  I think they could do way better than Smart and Walker for Wiggins and Wiseman (just think, we would have the J's and the Ws).
I like the Golden State one too, but imagine that they would want a third team to take Kemba (maybe Dallas with Porzingis?).

I am a big fan of Wiseman, and would be all in
