Marc Davis and Brothers, like others have said.
The other ones that I feared are gone for the most part. Dick Bavetta, Bennet Salvatore, Kenny Mauer
I will never forgive Bennet Salvatore for Game 7, 2010 NBA Finals. Teams are supposed to adapt to how the referees are calling a game. And Game 7 was very much a "let them play" kind of game, which makes sense for a Game 7. The Celtics had a bruising defense, and this style suited them, as they led the Lakers for three quarters.
And then, Salvatore and his crew switched to calling THE 4TH QUARTER OF GAME 7 in a very delicate, soft way of calling touch fouls. This increased the free throws for the Lakers, allowing them to take the lead and win the Championship.
What kind of crew goes from letting everything go and then calling touch fouls? I have only seen that when a fight broke out, and then the refs would try to clean it up. But this didn't happen in this game. It's just, the Lakers were losing, so the standard of what was a foul was changed in the 4th quarter.
Nowadays, Scott Foster has taken the Bennet Salvatore role of making sure the winner is who the league wants to win.
