It’s so perfect. Now if we can just get Brad to play Green Kornet over Wagner...

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Look under nicknames, haha.

I heard Scal mention it during the broadcast Wednesday too. Props Roy, TP

Edit: I googled "Green Kornet" and Luke's profile came up. So another layer of legitimacy has ben achieved.

Forget the nickname. I thought this guys was strictly filler to make a deal work. So far, he looks like a really good backup center who can contribute. Long, has a defensive presence, gets to the right spots, good hands, quick, and he can shoot three's pretty well.

He's much more ready to contribute than Wagner.

Yeah, Scal said he liked the nickname, then he and Gorman talked about how nicknames, regardless of context, tend to stick once they are introduced. They cited "Timelord" as an example. They also said anyone who assists to Kornet should be called "Cato." Scal sounded pretty excited. In retrospect I think it was the highlight of the night lol.

Yet Brad prefers to stick with Wagner... smh

Wagner has had a rough start here. Not sure what he is actually good at on the court.

So far Kornet is looking like a nice pickup if we can get him on a reasonable deal. He reminds me a lot of Theis actually, but with more length. Could be a sleeper move.

I think Kornet understands placement and timing better than Mo.   You watch when he sets a pick he knows to pause to create separation like a smart player.  His cuts are sharper and he knows when to get the heck out of the way.   I think we'd be well served to play him ahead of Grant as well.

Take a look at that and compare the two and you will see what I mean.
