I like Ainge he has done some very good things in the past. But we would have been in the finals last year with a better bench and be a better team this year.
The let's see what our guys have and can they play was dumb. It cost us a season, wore out the Jays and everyone knows our bench guys have little value except for Rob, Smart and PP.
Too many busts in the draft on our team. Semi is fine he was a second round pick. But the first round picks squandered on Nesmith and Grant was maddening. I am sure they are great guys and team mates but their production is pathetic. Nesmith does not even look for his three.
I think he panicked when we lost Kyrie and signed Kemba. He was determined not to panic this time but passed on value trying to not repeat the mistakes of the past.
