I like him but we shouldn’t hesitate to include him, along with Hayward and every FA that has ever signed in Boston EVER, in a package for Mo Bamba or a bag of Bambas from Trader Joe’s.

Are we talkin about Mo Bamba the player or Mo Bamba from itunes?

Good question and my sincere apology for being vague. I was referring to the rights to the song “Mo Bamba” by Sheck Wes on all music streaming platforms containing the letter “s”

I didn't lie the team last year, I like them this year. I think kemba has a lot to do with that. For that reason alone I am pleased.

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
I'm very happy with Kemba.

He's scoring in bunches, as we expected, and the team just seems to gel much better with him on it.

Love Kemba!  So happy he's here!

my only slight nitpick is when he drives with too much expectation of getting a foul called, with yell and arm flail and stare down
of official.  Rather see him complain as he gets back rather than go straight at the ref.  However, overall he seems to have a great relationship with refs...

I give him a 9 out of 10!

LOOOOVE Kemba....Love this team---but they need to stay healthy...they can either win it all, or get bounced in the first round...not sure they have that Killer instinct yet.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

I think Kemba fills all boxes above.

Quite odd to see him - at the end of the game - with 20-25 points...sometimes more....and you can't even remember him scoring that much.

It is like the dude is GLUE...he and Hayward..Smart too - holding the team together.

The thing with glue is that - once applied correctly - you don't often see it. But you KNOW it's there.

I always think the same thing as far as quietly putting up a lot of points.  He isn't that fancy, doesn't dominate the ball, and doesn't go out of his way to draw attention to himself after scoring like a lot of guys do.  There are plenty of guys in the league who would benefit from having a little Kemba in their games and personalities.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Worth every penny. He's a closer that we need and a role model for our young bucks.
He shares the ball but takes over if needed.
His defense is way better than expected.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
