All time: easily Larry Bird. There is only one correct answer here. If needed get yourself some highlight video's and educate yourself on the greatness of Larry Bird. Actually a very strong case can be made that Bird was the greatest basketball player of all time. Number one.

Currently: wow, tough to pick at this juncture but I guess I'd have to go with Marcus Smart, probably Jaylen Brown second.
